Aphonic louvres for outside air intake are anti-noise devices for industrial use designed to add specific acoustic performance to the traditional function of air intake and exhaust.

Structure and materials of acoustic louvres

Soundproofing sound attenuating grilles for ventilation and air conditioning systems consist of

• galvanised sheet steel frame;
• galvanised sheet steel fins with a special profile for containing the sound-absorbing material;
• rock wool sound-absorbing material
• galvanised micro-steel mesh for containing the sound-absorbing material
• galvanised sheet steel connection flange.

Options

• Double execution as a transit grille
• Construction in painted carbon steel, AISI 304-316L stainless steel, natural or anodised aluminium
• Intrusion protection nets.
