Special boxes for absolute filters intended for applications where high levels of air purity and safety are required, such as in research laboratories or controlled sterile environments.

Construction and materials

We specialize in the manufacturing of the structure, consisting of

• gas-tight housing made of carbon steel sheet with protective coating;
• filter housing with a special fastening device that allows the levers to be closed only when the filter cell is in the correct seat;
• provision for a possible barrier bag for filter replacement under protected conditions;
• closing cover equipped with an additional safety device that allows closing only when the filter is in its seat and the two levers are in the correct position;
• air inlet and outlet fittings made of galvanised sheet metal or painted carbon steel sheet;
• support feet in galvanised sheet metal or painted carbon steel plate;
• single-stage or multi-stage execution with different types of filters with differentiated efficiency.

Additional options

• Galvanised steel, AISI 304 or 316L stainless steel executions
• Design multi-canister assemblies with air inlet/outlet connections, support feet
• Sealed shut-off dampers on manifold outlets.
